Allen W. Rogers
The founder and the sole owner of The Roger’s Law Firm, Allen W Roger’s has been a private practice attorney for more than twenty years. A graduate from the University of Virginia, Attorney Rogers has been named the ‘Up & Coming Best of 2011 Fayetteville Traffic Attorney.
His experience as a United States Army Judge Advocate, an Assistant United States Attorney, the Chief of Defense Counsel, a Trial Counsel and as a Trial Defense Counsel has helped our firm shape its versatility.
With Attorney Roger’s valuable experience, our firm has become one of the best law firms in Fayetteville NC.
Candace has been an Associate with The Rogers Law Firm since 2016. She is a native of Fayetteville and is married with two beautiful daughters, Makyla and Maloni. Candace has served Rogers Law Firm clients and families for over 20 years in various capacities. Attorney McKnight attended North Carolina Central University where she graduated magna cum laude with Bachelor’s degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology in 2002.
After serving as a Juvenile Court Counselor in Scotland and Hoke Counties she received her Juris Doctor and was admitted to the NC State Bar in 2013. As a licensed Attorney, Candace managed a satellite office for a civil litigation firm located in Laurinburg, NC. Prior to joining the “Firm” Candace owned and managed McRavin McKnight Law, PLLC focusing on criminal defense in Harnett County Courts.
As part of The Rogers Law Firm team Candace works in the Criminal Division providing criminal defense in Cumberland County District and Superior Courts. In addition to defense work, Attorney McKnight provides civil litigation assistance to clients who have been injured as a result of automobile accidents, large truck accidents, and medical negligence.
Victoria Clarkson joined the Rogers Law Firm in 2017 as an associate attorney. She represents clients in personal injury matters.
Ms. Clarkson was born and raised in Fayetteville, NC. She attended Campbell University where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and graduated early in December 2010.
After graduating from Campbell University, she attended Fayetteville Technical Community College where she received her Paralegal Diploma and graduated with Honors in 2012. After working as a paralegal for a year, Ms. Clarkson attended North Carolina Central University School of Law and graduated cum laude in 2016.
While in law school, Attorney Clarkson interned with district court Judge Christine Walczyk in Wake County, interned with the public defender’s abuse and neglect unit in Durham County, and worked as a student intern in NCCU’s Family Law Clinic. Ms. Clarkson also served as a senior editor of North Carolina Central Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Law Review.
Ms. Clarkson earned her license to practice law in August 2016. Following her licensure, she worked as a court appointed attorney in Lee County handling DSS and juvenile cases.
Ms. Clarkson attributes her success to God and is grateful that He allowed her to accomplish so much while being a mother to her awesome son, Chase.
